TRIFLETRIFLE
1 angle food cake =
2 C.=20 blueberries
1 3-Oz. package raspberry gelatin
2 = bananas,=20 sliced
1 4 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 C. = cold=20 milk
2 C. strawberries, sliced
1 pint whipping = cream

Cut the cake into 1-inch cubes and place in = the bottom=20 of a glass bowl. Make up the gelatin according to = directions, allow=20 it to cool for a few minutes, and pour it over the cake. = Place fruit=20 over the cake. Mix pudding according to directions and pour = it over=20 the fruit. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Just before = serving,=20 top trifle with whipped cream sweetened to taste and garnish = with=20 fruit. Enjoy

SEAFOOD BISQUE
6 T. Butter
4 T. = chopped=20 onion
1 C. milk
6 Oz. Pkg. Wakefield Crab & = Shrimp
6=20 Oz. lobster or langostinos
2 T parsley
2 dashes = Tabasco
1=20 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 C. half and half
salt = and white=20 pepper
3 T. sherry
2 T. flour

Saute' onion, mushrooms, and parsley in 4 T. = butter=20 for 5 minutes. In pan, melt 2 T butter. Add flour, milk and = Tabasco,=20 stir until smooth and thickened. Add sauteed mixture, salt = and=20 pepper, half and half, and bring to a boil. Add seafood. = Lower heat=20 and warm at least 5 minutes. Just before serving add sherry. = Serves=20 4.

BLUE = CHEESE=20 ROLLS
=BC C=20 Butter
1 Can refrigerator = biscuits
2 T=20 Blue Cheese

Melt = butter in=20 pan and add blue cheese. Cut biscuits in half =96 roll in = butter and=20 cheese mixture. Bake according to biscuit package=20 directions.

CRAB=20 BITES
1 Jar Kraft Old English = Spread
1 Can=20 Crab Meat
=BC lb. Butter
English = muffins

Mix=20 ingredients and spread on muffins. Freeze and cut into =BC = pieces.=20 Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done. (Freezing is not=20 necessary)

LOW FAT & CALORIE ALFREDO = SAUCE
2C=20 Nonfat cottage ch.
3T. Parm Ch.
2T Butter = Granules
1/2 C=20 Evap. Skimmed Milk
1/2t Chicken Bouillon
1/2t = Basil
1/4t=20 Peppe

Combine all ingred. in blender and process = until=20 smooth. Cook in small sauce pan (low heat) stirring until = heated.=20 Yield 2 3/4 C. Calories 86 (8% from fat), fat .8g.

SEAFOOD LASAGNA ALFREDO
9-12 wide = lasagna=20 noodles
Cheese mixture: Stir together 1 lb. Ricotta = cheese, =BE=20 lb. Mozzarella cheese, 1 C parmasean cheese, garlic powder, = pepper=20 2-3 lbs. Cooked seafood: Crabmeat, shrimp, scallops, etc. =
=BD-1=20 lb. Fresh mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter
4 Cups = prepared=20 Alfredo sauce*

DIRECTIONS: Cook noodles as directed, about = 10=20 minutes. *Prepare Alfredo sauce: melt 8 tsp. Butter, remove = from=20 heat, stir in 8 T flour and stir. Slowly add 2 pints half = &=20 half. Return to medium-high heat and with wire wisk, stir=20 constantly, adding =BD C-1 C parmesean cheese, =BC-1/2 cup = wine, pepper,=20 and garlic powder until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add = sauteed=20 mushrooms and stir. Layer in butter covered 13 x 9 pan: = noodles, =BD=20 cheese mixture, =BD seafood mixture, 1/3 sauce, repeat = layer. Add=20 third layer of noodles, cover with sauce and sprinkle with = =BC lb.=20 Mozzarella, and =BD c parmesean. Cover with foil. Bake at = 325 for 30=20 minutes. Uncover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes more. Remove = from=20 oven, cover and let stand 15 minutes.

GERMAN TEA
1 Quart water
9 = tea bags .=20 make tea until dark
Add to tea and simmer for 3 = hours:
2 C=20 orange juice, 2 C pineapple juice, 1 strained lemon, 1 t = whole=20 cloves, 1 stick cinnamon
1 C sugar or 9 packets sweet = &=20 low
Strain after 2-3 hours. Makes 2 quarts

CRABMEAT DISH
1 (6 oz) Pkg. = Frozen crabmeat=20
1 Lb. Swiss cheese (cubed)
Put in pie dish and bake = @ 325=20 for 1 hour.
White Sauce: 2 T butter, 2 T flour, =BC t. = salt, 1 C=20 milk
Mix & stir in cheese and crabmeat. Spread on = crackers.=20

BAKED CORN PUDDING
1 1/3 C dried = corn
2=20 eggs
2 C milk
2 T sugar dash salt Pinch curry powder=20 (optional)
Soak corn in water overnight. Drain. Add to = remaining=20 ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 qt. Casserole, and = bake for 1=20 hour in 350 degree oven.

TOMATO PUDDING (DELICIOUS)
4 or 5 = slices of=20 bread, cubed
=BC lb. Melted butter
Put in small = casserole
1=20 Can tomato puree (med size)
=BE Can water
1 C brown = sugar=20 (packed tightly)
Put in small pan and boil 12-15 minutes. = Pour =BE=20 Can water mixture over buttered bread cubes and bake for 350 = for 30=20 minutes.

GOURMET POTATOES
6 Medium potatoes =
1 C=20 chopped onion
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 t salt =
=BC C=20 Butter
=BC t pepper
1 =BD C sour cream
2 T butter =
Cook=20 potatoes, cool & peel, shred coarsely. Combine & = melt over=20 low heat-cheese, butter & salt. Add sour cream, onions, = salt=20 & pepper. Fold gently into potatoes and turn into 2 Qt.=20 Casserole. Bake for 30-50 minutes at 350. These can be = frozen=20 (before or after cooking).

FRENCH ONION CASSEROLE
3 Med sweet = onion=20
2 T butter
8 oz. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 C = shredded=20 swiss cheese, divided
1 Can Phillips Seafood Bisque =
1 (5 oz)=20 Can evaporated milk
2t soy sauce
=BC C finely chopped = fresh=20 parsley
6 (1/2 inch thick) slices of French Bread =
Slice=20 onions crosswise; cut each of the slices in half. Melt = butter in=20 skillet over med-high heat; cook onions and mushrooms, = stirring=20 constantly, until tender. Spoon mixture into a lightly = greased 2-Qt.=20 Baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 C cheese. Mix soup, milk and = soy sauce;=20 pour over cheese. Top with bread slices, and sprinkle with = remaining=20 1 C cheese and parsley. Cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours. = Remove=20 baking dish from refrigerator, and let stand at room temp 30 = min.=20 Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake = 15-20=20 additional minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 5 = min.=20 before serving. Yield: 6 servings.

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE
=BD Lb. = Butter
1 2/3=20 C sugar
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 Can crushed pineapple (#2 = Large=20 can)
4 Cups coarse bread crumbs
Melt butter. Add = sugar &=20 eggs. Stir in pineapple and bread crumbs. Put in 11/2 or 2 = quart=20 casserole. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
